2. If you have been paid by VB Ref Solutions, LLC in 2025 and your banking info has NOT changed, you MUST still complete the "W-9 Form" section below for 2026.
3. If you have been paid by VB Ref Solutions, LLC in 2025 and your banking info HAS changed, you MUST complete BOTH the "Banking Info Update" and "W-9 Form" sections below for 2026.
