Welcome to the Spring 2026 season!
Below is some very important information for this season:
Ref Insight
The WYSL will continue to use Ref Insight as the official assignment platform.

Self-Assign
Small-sided centers and some 11v11 assistant referee slots are available for self-assigning.
These open at midnight on Monday for the following Sunday.
Exception: For the first week only, self-assign will open Tuesday at midnight.
Availability
For referees eligible to work older age groups as center referees, please complete the availability form below:

Please submit your availability for each weekend you are available.
If your availability changes, please edit your original response by clicking the edit link in your confirmation email.
You will receive a confirmation email each time the form is submitted or edited.
Game Reports
All center referees must submit a game report in Ref Insight after each match.

Reports are due by Monday at 12:00 PM following your game.
If not submitted on time, your crew’s payment will be delayed until the following week.
Payments
Payment information and instructions can be found here:

To ensure timely payment, all required forms and game reports must be completed by Monday at 12:00 PM of that week's payroll.
If not completed on time, payment will be delayed until the following week.
The payment form only needs to be completed once per year, unless your banking information changes.
Payments will be processed by Thursday, provided all requirements are met.
Game Fees
Game fees for Spring 2026:
U17/U18/U19 – $130 / $85 / $85
U15/U16 – $120 / $80 / $80
U13/U14 – $110 / $70 / $70
U11/U12 – $85 (single referee)
U9/U10 – $75 (single referee)
